I came in on April 4 for a vibration while braking and a part missing from my drivers side door panel. (2021 Alfa Stelvio) I was told it needed front rotors, and the door part was ordered also. It’s now August 5, never got a call about service, parts, visit, anything. I traded the vehicle, I’ve never had a dealership go silent after a service visit. Maybe in 2=3 years they’ll randomly call and say my parts are in, I won’t hold my breath. Def a strange feel More
Let me begin by saying I love my Maserati Levante, no regrets in buying it. My complaint is regarding what is basically a lie, and was admitted as such, that I was charged $498+tax for on my purchase. regrets in buying it. I was told that the car had VIN etching on all the windows, and this was already completed, not negotiable. After I had the car delivered, I noticed that there was no VIN etching. I spoke to Nancy (salesperson), who agreed that they do not etch the VIN on the windows. She then proceeded to spin the story and said there is a sticker under the door instead !! I asked if the sticker had the VIN and was told no..... So I am charged $498+tax for VIN etching, and there is no VIN and no etching !! It is simply a lie and a scam and even though I have followed up with the owner of the dealership (Todd), silence.... I think his lack of even a reply says it all !!! I love my car and have no regrets, but as for recommending the dealership, I certainly would not do that. More
