A week later, I saw a CPO ghibli for sale at Todd maserati and reached out to Nancy to come look at it. From the first contact, she was fantastic! Any question or concern I had, she made it a priority to get me an answer or resolution. We agreed upon a time for me to visit (I live 3 hours away). I arrived and both her and the car were ready and waiting. She was very patient, professional and understanding with all my questions and concerns, and for the first time in a long time I felt like a valued customer. There was no pressure at all to sell me the car, which was also a nice change from my previous experience! She made sure my questions from her, finance, management, detailing and service departments were all answered promptly and completely. She went out of her way to try and track down my insurance company’s rep. Then, after a long day of working through the paperwork with me, she even helped me drop off my rental car I used to drive down in. The entire rest of the Todd team was also great to work with! If I was more local, I would definitely come back for any possible service items or purchases in the future. More
