I went back to this dealership because I purchased another car under the previous management, and I was very happy with that, but I’m not entirely happy about my latest experience. I love the Alfa Rom another car under the previous management, and I was very happy with that, but I’m not entirely happy about my latest experience. I love the Alfa Romeo brand, but it’s definitely not well represented by the personnel working at this dealership (aside from Tyler) where the only interest is the bottom line, and where the emails are automated and Managed by a computer . I made an appointment with sales, and no one really knew I was coming in to look at a specific car. I was turned off also in dealing with Frank, because I was deceived in purchasing the $3,800 service contract for the used Stelvio that I was buying, never once I was told that there was already an extended warranty from the previous owner lasting till 6/12/2023. Another thing that turned me off was the “ vin etch” $500 “scam”, which by the way was already paid twice from the previous owners. Anyway, I went back in to sign the paperwork to cancel the service contract on August 19th, and still as of today, September 19th, no actual refund was issued to my loan account at the Connex credit union. I’m still waiting for the refund, and a call back from Frank! More
