WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! and I have bought a lot of cars in my life. Bought the car remotely, sight unseen through Auto Trader. Car showed up on an open trailer (you'd think and I have bought a lot of cars in my life. Bought the car remotely, sight unseen through Auto Trader. Car showed up on an open trailer (you'd think spending almost $90k it would have come in an enclosed trailer), NO GAS, no spare key, not detailed or even clean, no temp tag, damaged window tint from the sticker someone removed as well as a warranty sticker still on it. After multiple calls and texts, I was promised a replacement key, detail, window tint repair and a gift card for gas and my inconvenience. To date (three weeks later), I had to go to a local dealer for the key, detail and window tint (3 separate trips), which was paid for but NO GIFT CARD. Complete inconvenience for me for having to do their job of delivering a car to a reasonable standard/expectation. They promised they would do the right thing and follow thru, I am giving up. Clearly, they cannot be trusted, and don't follow through with their promises! More

BRIAN ECKERT, Fixed Operations Director provided such an excellent customer service experience as always! I message Brian that I need an oil change for my Alfa Romeo Giulia and his response was “I can come excellent customer service experience as always! I message Brian that I need an oil change for my Alfa Romeo Giulia and his response was “I can come and just pick it up at your house and return it.” Brian picked it up and brought it back to our house and not only Brian did all of this, my car was also washed and vacuumed! How awesome is that! Todd Maseratti Alfa Romeo dealership never failed to provide our family high quality Customer Service from all departments. Sales, Finance and Service Department all deserve ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ and why we already leased and purchased 4 cars in the last 3 years.
