I want to start by saying the sales side of the dealership isnt all that bad. Just dont buy a used car from here. I bought an Audi from this dealer and they have not a clue how to work on it. I have had to bring the car back to them multiple times for repairs and it has left me very disappointed. I own an Audi A5 and I had to have the engine replaced due to the negligence of the service department. When they replaced the engine they didnt do any research. I am now stuck with a car that has an SUV engine. It doesnt run properly like a sports car. I can not modify it because it's a Q5 engine. I had to have work done it recently and the shop had to order a Q5 thermostat which is different and more expensive than the A5. The dealer will argue they helped me out because I didnt have a warranty but I feel completely screwed over. I bought the car in May and it's been in and out of a shop for their negligence ever since! More
