First time at Lakewood Ford. They lost my trust. I scheduled service for an oil change. Selected the Ford Factory Service which according to the website includes a top off of all They lost my trust. I scheduled service for an oil change. Selected the Ford Factory Service which according to the website includes a top off of all fluids including DEF (see pictures). When I picked up my truck the DEF was not topped off. I returned to the service desk and asked about this. Georgia, the service representative told me they do not top off DEF as part of the service. When I told her and the other service representative sitting there that it is listed on the website as part of the package, they said they could top off my DEF but they would need to charge me $5 a gallon. Unhappy, I left and called the dealership to try and rectify this situation. I was transferred to the service manager (Ginger, I think) left a message with my concerns and still have not received a call back. Starting to wonder what else was left out that I thought I was paying for. Did they really rotate my tires? Did they remember to drain the fuel/water separator? I hope the mechanic didn’t overlook the oil filter. A little snarky, I know, but valid concerns when you are trusting someone to give you what you paid for when there’s really no way to verify. Now, I have to find a different place for my next service….. More

Called to see if my car was ready for pick up was told that my car wasn't even on the schedule for a repair and if it wasn't on the schedule it wasn't even there. Stated if they didn't contact me i would have to call 911 and report it stolen. within min they found my can. Never again. More

Travelliing through the area needed help got amazing service I had rented a new Ford 250 to travel to California and pick up my horses - 2050 mile round trip. I have driven p up trucks before, but not a diesel. Was advised by rental Co Agent that I would have to insert 2? small containers of Diesel fuel additive within the first 500 miles. Was confused about the process. Saw Lakewood from the highway decided to ask someone there about buying additive. Drove up and talked to employee Sam. Very friendly and approachable person. He checked with several knowledgeable people in the shop. It was determined that a gallon should be inserted and would last 5000 miles. That was promptly done. When I insisted in paying for the additive Sam said it was free. No amount of pressure worked in my wanting to pay. I was going to bill the rental agency. I told them that Lakewood is a great group of people. Their kindness and treating me like I was a valuable customer, when I was not, was a thermometer of their approach to customer satisfaction. Brake job Par excellence I brought my Focus in to have the front brakes repaired/replaced since they had been identified on an earlier tune-up visit as needing attention. In I brought my Focus in to have the front brakes repaired/replaced since they had been identified on an earlier tune-up visit as needing attention. Initially I started by booking my visit with the online Svc Appt app and it worked great, easy to navigate etrc. Then I received a text reminding me of my upcoming service appointment which was very helpful since my calendar is usually pretty full. Dropped the car off using the after hours drop-off envelope and headed to work. About 10 minutes after the 8AM start time for the Ford Technician, I received a call from my Service Adviser who verified exactly what I wanted done and insured that all my questions were answered. She also assured me that I could get the coupon price for a complete brake job even though I didn't have he coupon with me. She also said if there were any problem she would immediately call me. By noontime I hadn't received any calls so I presumed no news is good news, which was correct since I received a call at around 1PM letting me know the car was done and ready to go. I also was give a final cost verbally so there were no surprises. When I arrived to pick up the car checkout was speedy and I was on my way in a short time.
