Professional service Took my 2010 F250 to Lakewood Ford for 1st time. Lost all heat on drivers side. a 9 1/.2 hour labor job to replace a blend door actuator ($50 part). I was pissed about $1,400 repair bill but Dave and staff were very patient and professional. Did an outstanding job on my truck and did the 60,000 mile service also. Kevin Fletcher, my sales rep, was very responsive - on two separate occasio I found Lakewood Ford from a search on my credit union's used car website. Kevin Fletcher, my sales rep, was very responsive - on two separate occasions he responded to my inquiries within minutes. I narrowed down my search to a 2016 Subaru Outback. Kevin was a pleasure to work and it is clear how dedicated he was to making my husband and I feel welcome and happy with our purchase. The Subaru had a couple small chips in the windshield, and when we pointed them out Kevin immediately gave us contact info so we could get them fixed for free. Other than that the Subaru Outback was in excellent condition. Kevin took the time to teach me about the features and offered to assist with connecting my phone. He took his time with us and let my sister hmmm and hawww over many different cars. She thought she wanted a used car until she ended up driving the Ford Escape which was at 0 interest at the time. She wanted special details on it and Bob took the time to locate one and found it which had to be shipped to dealer from another dealer. It went very smooth. She loves it. I, too, had been shopping for a car and thought I wanted a Cadillac until I drove them. The other vehicle I had my mind set on was a Ford Explorer. I test drove one that same day and that was IT! It had less road noise than the Cadillac and drove super smooth. I special ordered one myself and it took a month or so to get it but worth the wait! It's my favorite vehicle I've ever owned. Bob took time to go over the programming and details with both my sister and I. We left happy customers! Definitely go with Bob! We have referred many happy friends and family to him. More
