Terrible Experience Had the worst buying experience of my life here. Came to the lot to look at either buying out our lease or purchasing a new vehicle. We told the salesman who greeted us that we would be willing to buy a new vehicle only if we could get out of our lease without paying any more on it. After a little hunting we decided on a brand new vehicle. I was told that we weren't losing any money on our lease so we moved forward with the sale. A week after leaving the lot we get a call that our car didn't qualify for the early bird special so that we owed nearly $1000 for the three months we had left on the lease. I told them I didn't agree to that so they said they would cover it. Fast forward anther week and we get another phone call. Two weeks after the sale they call to tell me that our lease was over on mileage so now we owed $800. They apparently had failed to realize that at the time they checked the car and took the keys. I told them that if I had known we were going to pay anything extra we would have just bought the car that we had the lease on.. (Again this is what I told their initial sales person.) The man on the phone, J.P. Pouliot was yelling at me, talking over me, and I felt like he was trying to insinuate that it was my fault that THEY over looked these things on the initial deal. I have never felt so disrespected by a person whom I did business with. In my opinion he handled things extremely poorly. After going back and forth and him telling me that "I had no written proof that they said they would pay" he threatened to "make me pay for both the three payments they agreed to and the mileage overage." After asking multiple times, I finally got him to transfer the call to someone who could speak to me about the situation more calmly. They basically told me that they didn't care that they were losing the business of a return customer over $800 and that they wouldn't pay it. Mind you they had already got a $55,000 sale. They weren't even able to provide me with an invoice, I only received a letter after asking for an invoice stating that I needed to remit the check for the $800. Over all the experience after leaving the lot was terrible. I'm extremely disappointed that I gave them such a large sale and that because of their error in not checking the mileage I am having to pay more money out of pocket. Go elsewhere.
