Exceptional Customer Service with Integrity I spoke with Don on the phone in the afternoon and told him what I was looking for. I had spent an entire day at other dealerships, including long dri I spoke with Don on the phone in the afternoon and told him what I was looking for. I had spent an entire day at other dealerships, including long drives out of town, only for them to not have what they told me they did, in addition to tring to sell me vehicles I didn’t love for prices well above what I’d shared my budget was. Don called me back right away to let me know he had the vehicle I had been looking for. He was closing in less than an hour, but still said, “come on up, we’ll take care if you”. I drove, got stick in traffic, but he still waited. When I finally arrived he was friendly, had the car waiting for me to test drive, and was personable the entire time. After the drive, when I decided I did want to purchase, Don made the process simple and stress free as he promised he would. A few minutes later, I was filling out paperwork, and drove away with the car I had wanted for years. I would recommend his service and this dealership to any friend or family member.
