I found a great deal in comparison to other dealerships at lakewood ford. 17995 for a 1500 ram hemi in a nice grey with only 14000 miles on it.... I called lakewood ford that morning and asked if the truck was still on the lot..... Mike answers the phone... Super nice, Exceptionally polite. He says yep its here, But I'm not kidding when i say someone just looked at it yesterday but had to ask his wife first. happy wife happy life... Mike luts out a small chuckle. I tell him I'll be up there in about 2 hours to hopefully purchase it. I had gotten approved through capital one. I text Mike, He's already got the car out and ready for a test drive. The girlfriend and I pull up to the dealership and here comes mike before i even get out of the car. He asks if its me. Then bounds over to shake my hand. We go inside Start some of the paperwork, There internet starts to slow down and go out. So I was having issues getting him a copy of the insurance card for the truck. We then went on a test drive, For having had 2 previous owners and only 14,000 miles on it i was ready to buy it right then. It was just in immaculate condition. Mike was happy to point all that out, Very politely. We went over to the other half of the dealership to try and send out the financing paper work, And there internet died. We ended up being there for about 4.5 - 5 hours all together. Mike was very courteous and offered to lut us take the truck out to go get some food ect.. He was very happy to show us were the restrooms and coffee were located. All the while he kept checking up on us making sure we were comfortable. TLDR: Mike is quiet the gentlemen, sales man. Hes more like an older uncle, Rather then a sales man. Hes not pushy Hes helpful and courteous and just wants you to have a pleasant experience. Did i mention hes English? Uk English. I would be more then happy to rate Mike 6 out of 5 stars. More then happy to refer friends/family too, or speak with him again about another vehicle. More

Oil change damage They ripped out crankcase threads, job as simple as they come.and wanted me to pay $ 600 w/tax for a new one. They put an new insert and new plug which they charged me for and said it was temporary. The service manager, Bob Hogan, later said it wood hold. It had to be cross threaded or too much torque...... (17 ft. Lbs.) is recommended.. This is just lousy careless workmanship. There service HAS GONE TO xxxx and not like previous management ( Mallon Ford and later.. I am 89 and don't do the job myself anymore and never once did such a dumb thing. Del Olson More
