He informed me that they would be in in a few weeks. He became a little pushy about filling out paperwork. I refused, but wanted to contiue to look at prices, different models,fuel economy, etc. I asked if it was okay and he said it was fine. Within two minutes of browsing, I heard a different salesman yelling from across the parking lot saying, "Have you been helped?" I said yes and I was just browsing for a car. He replied , well your standing by the trucks. I replied that I was weighing out my options...He said I should come in and fill out paperwork so I didnt waste his time. I replied I had just informed someone of my situation. He asked, "Why am I being rude." I informed him I just had dental work and could speak very clearly. He the said that I had an attitude like everyone from FT Lewis and if I didnt like it to take. I then noticed another salesman on his phone. He looked like he had been observing and could tell I was upset. He hung up and asked me what happened but by then I was Speak with Ray, but could see Dan laughing and pointing at me. I swear on my kids, I had every intention of buying a vehicle from this location. Just wasn't going to be today..Now you can forget about it! Just shocked by the unprofessionalism. More

Vehicle was misrepresented to me with false gas mileage claims, listed options that it didn't have, clean carfax (found out later there had been unreported body damage repair). When I asked to return car claims, listed options that it didn't have, clean carfax (found out later there had been unreported body damage repair). When I asked to return car for a reasonable trade, was told that I would only get the low blue book - over $4000 dollar loss in 2 weeks! Traded vehicle to another dealer and got superb service. Will not recommend or use Lakewood again. My salesman Dan was very reasonable but he could not make the decisions. Management gave lip service but it was clear they were not interested in helping me out with their misrepresentation. More
