We found the car we wanted on line and sent an email late Saturday night. The email was answered on Sunday morning, followed by a phone call at 11:30AM (not too early). When we arrived at the dealership, the car was parked right in front of the showroom door, and Kevin was there to meet us w/ a smile, a handshake, and a cup of coffee. We went for a test drive, and he looked over our trade-in. We had a particular interest rate in mind for financing, and the finance manager found us a rate 1/4 percent less. We had a value in mind for our trade-in, and the appraiser got within $300 of our expectations. The car that we bought (a barely used 2011 Jeep Patriot-2250 miles-not a typo-2250mi.) cost us $2000 under NADA retail. We are very happy, and the whole experience was relaxing and pleasant. It took only about 2 1/2 hours, including all the paperwork. More
