Trouble with starting my Expedition I was having trouble with my truck starting on a Friday. I had it towed from Ft Lewis to Lakewood Ford. My service rep was Suzi Cronin. While it was I was having trouble with my truck starting on a Friday. I had it towed from Ft Lewis to Lakewood Ford. My service rep was Suzi Cronin. While it was there, the maintenance personnel could not find any issues. The truck stared every time. I went to pick up the vehicle and as I was driving, about a mile and a half away the truck shut off. It was approximately 4:30pm. I had to get another tow truck to come to take it back to Lakewood Ford. I contacted Sizi and informed her about my situation and she told me that the maintenance personnel would be off at 6:00pm. It takes 45 minutes to an hour for a tow truck to arrive. I had a very short window to get the vehicle back. The tow truck showed up at 5:15pm, but because it would not start I could not put it in neutral so it could be towed on the flatbed trailer. I called Suzi back and gave her the update and asked if there was a loaner car that I could use due me just arriving to Ft Lewis and having no other means of transportation. At that time there were none. I asked if she knew of a car rental place close by my location. She told me there was but it was close and most of the rental places were close. So, I was so miserable and it was raining to top it off. Suzi called me back and informed me that there was a loaner car available. I was so thankful for continued service to assist me with having transportation during the time my truck was there. I was picked up by the Ford shuttle and received the the loaner vehicle. I had to wait for another tow truck and I attempted to start the truck and it started at 6:15pm. It shut off 5 minutes later but I was able to put it in neutral. My truck was there for 5 days and i was completely fixed. The price was excellent and greatly appreciated everything that Lakewood Ford personnel did to fix my truck! Thanks Suzi!!! More

This is twice! In short, I already had financing with my bank and had a check in my back pocket when searching for a new truck. When dealing with this dealership, same as all other Ford dealerships I went to, I told them numerous times not to run my credit report for any other financing options or anything else. After I purchased my new truck from them, later I found during the week I was deploying, that they did in fact run my credit, in turn, affecting one my credit but my trust as well. I complained in written form to Ford but the usual happened, nothing! Then I deployed and came back. Once back, I wanted to use my one free oil change that you get when you purchase a new Ford, so I scheduled my appointment through Ford Owners a week prior. Immediately after I set the appointment, I received emails and text messages confirming my appointment. After showing up to this appointment, I showed up just to be told that I did not have an appointment and that I would have to set an appointment with them after I even showed them the messages I received from Ford. On the way back home frustrated in dealing with this Ford dealership and driving home, I stopped by Firestone, paid 37 bucks for an oil change and had my truck back under 45 minutes. I have been a long time Ford fan (since 1993)(1x mustang, 1x Bronco II, 1x Taurus and 4x F-150s) but has now lost my trust and confidence. More
