Had clutch replaced on 2006 tacoma 4wd dbl cab I gave Titus Will Toyota service this rating because while changing my oil today, I noticed the two front drive line bolts missing and two without nut I gave Titus Will Toyota service this rating because while changing my oil today, I noticed the two front drive line bolts missing and two without nuts on front and rear of front driveline. Truck was in for a clutch replacement. This is the third time I have had issues with this service department. More

We called several places and found it was not going to be easy to get a front license frame for our Prius. We did not want to go to Titus-Will Toyota because we knew the frame for the Prius was going to be expensive but we did not have any choice. When we got there, we were met by Jonathan who was very friendly and welcoming. Then, Craig came along to help install our license plates. We know it was just installing license plate frames but these two young men gave us confidence in the place. We'll be back. Thanks again Jonathan and Craig! More
2/2 bad experiences in the service department, they are incompetent and dishonest. 1) Incompetent: Had a broken window to be replaced, brought car to them, they first ordered the wrong window (passenge incompetent and dishonest. 1) Incompetent: Had a broken window to be replaced, brought car to them, they first ordered the wrong window (passenger side instead of driver side. Then the second time the window broke as they were installing it. For a repair that should take a few hours, it took 4 days to fix. Fortunately the customer service was good and they loaned me a car free of charge until my car was fixed. 2) Dishonest: When you get your oil changed at titus will they give you a service report. On the report was "drive belt" and "water pump" Require immediate replacement. I thought this was odd, because the drive belt is not due until 90k miles and the water pump usually does not go out at the 70K miles my car has. Driving home from getting my oil changed, several service lights went on. Took it to a trusted mechanic, no signs of water pump leaking, drive belt in great condition. He ran a diagnostic test and the service lights were from a loose gas cap. A new water pump for my 05 Camry costs $50, the titus will service department wanted $640 for parts and labor. I am not surprised they recommend to get a new water pump given this profit margin even when it is not indicated. More
I have bought a new fr-s back in June, at 5000 miles the horn honks when you shift gears, I have taken it back to the dealership 4 times and they keep telling me they can't do anything about it. The service manager is rude and has no resect for anyone. He says its not his problem and they aren't going to fix it. My car is under warrenty so they should fix my car. All they do there is give you a run around and then treat you like a piece of dirt. Honestly don't waste your time trying to get your car fixed here. Don't buy from this lot, and if you do don't expect to get any sort of customer service out of them. The sales people are nice, it's the service department that needs to get their act together More
The seats were lose after having dealer installed leather. Dealer sent the car off to the leather installer. The installer said the seats were within Scion tolerances. Titus-Will was unwilling to leather. Dealer sent the car off to the leather installer. The installer said the seats were within Scion tolerances. Titus-Will was unwilling to correct the issue. This leaves us with service issue between the dealer and the installer. I purchased a Scion because of the quality and service. As is the case with most dissatisfied customers, caught in the middle. Mr. McNiven went above and beyond servicing my vehicle; he made sure all fluids were full, checked my tire pressure - just made me feel he was concerned about the safety of my car. I called Kevin MvNiven about a problem with my sons 98 Tacoma TRD truck. The truck engine would not rev over 4000 RPM and stall when at idle. On arrival to drop off truck Kevin quickly processed and documented the problems and told me he would get back to me as soon as the problem was found. Within the hour I received his call with the issue. The crank pulley had become loose causing the speed sensor to shut down the engine. The crank was re-torgued to specifications and I picked up the vehicle within a 3 hour turn around. Price for this work was the price Kevin said it should be . I am a firm believer in customer service, and personal accountability. Thank you Kevin. More
