I have done so many services through Titus-Will toyota. Everytime i go there the guy name David in service department explains me what is wrong with my car and also helped me to get the rent car also. What a nice service.Not like Larson Toyota on South Tacomaway, Titus-Will service department is so nice and very pleasant to work with. Do not ever go to Larson Toyota people. First, their main goal is just sell the car and after you purchase your vehicle there, that is it. No more help or further explanation about cars. Plus, their service department is not nice and really sucks. Instead of explaing to me detail what is wrong, they like to lie to customers. I really mean it. More

Kay turned me over to Jim Love and we exchanged emails and phone calls to reach a mutually agreeable price and delivery on a 2004 Sienna. contact. Car arrived earlier than promised and Jim scheduled a delivery appointment. Upon arrival at the dealership, Jim had all the paperwork ready and the minivan staged for delivery. The whole process took less than a hour and I was on the road headed for Seattle in my new Sienna. Jim and Kay Love made the car buying experience a pleasant one. More
