1st public charge on my new Ford Lightning Flash and I was almost soured on EVs by a Ford dealership ironically. Had a 5-star sales experience with Bowen-Scarff Ford then a week later (as an inexperience was almost soured on EVs by a Ford dealership ironically. Had a 5-star sales experience with Bowen-Scarff Ford then a week later (as an inexperience 1st time EV owner), I was low on charge and needed my 1st public fill-up. My truck pointed out Titus-Will as an option. I plugged into their only charger and proceeded. 20 minutes and $45 dollars later I had 50 miles of range added and was thinking "why the xxxx did I buy an EV". That charge got me to Walmart in Covington were I plugged in. The charger recognized me as a Ford Pass member, 20 minutes later and $21, I had 150 miles of extra range, and the charger thanked me for being a Ford owner. Hey Titus-Will, think service after the sale and that you represent Ford as a whole! I thought there would be a no chance of getting screwed because I was a new Ford owner, trustingly pulling into a Ford dealership; but at least I learned a valuable experience on EV charging. You folks on the other hand (selling EVs), should have a charge station that at a minimum, recognizes Ford Pass members, and doesn't charge them triple the standard public rate. You shouldn't have Walmart outperforming you in Ford customer service. More
Not the place to take your vehicle in for service. They enjoy price gouging and techs do sub par work. They enjoy price gouging and techs do sub par work. More
I've been doing business with Titus-Will since 1975, shortly after they bought out Temple Motors (Toyota). Titus-Will took outstanding care of my dad's pickup until my dad passed away. I started taking shortly after they bought out Temple Motors (Toyota). Titus-Will took outstanding care of my dad's pickup until my dad passed away. I started taking my pickups in to Titus-Will when I bought a 2004 F0250 Superduty. I had some problems with the truck that was unrelated to Ford's quality. The former owner took the truck in for repairs and reused nuts that were supposed to be one time use only. They worked their way loose and broke off the nose of the starter and caused all sorts of damage. The service department saved me thousands of dollars on the repair. In the end, that truck and engine lasted over 720,000 miles due to the care and the service from the service department. The biggest help was the recommendation from the service manager that I take the truck out for a workout to keep the exhaust system cleared. I now have a 2015 F-350 that Titus-Will is taking care of. They have been giving her the same care and attention that they gave my F-250. I wouldn't take my truck to anyone else! More
Lakewood Ford has let me down in several ways, from damaging my stereo system to providing a loaner vehicle that was not in acceptable condition. First and foremost, it is highly disappointing that damaging my stereo system to providing a loaner vehicle that was not in acceptable condition. First and foremost, it is highly disappointing that Lakewood Ford damaged my stereo system and then attempted to pass it off as if it was already broken. (Picture attached to show it was working)This shows a lack of integrity and accountability on their part, and it is unacceptable for a reputable dealership to behave in such a manner. Customers should be able to trust that their vehicles are in good hands when they bring them in for service, and this is clearly not the case with Lakewood Ford. The Service Manager (Ginger) wanted to have a debate the word “broken.” So to ensure I’m articulating things for all to understand, my trucks stereo identified as working before the service. Now it identifies as not working after the service. To compound matters, it appears that Mike, the service advisor I dealt with, was un-empathetic to my situation. This is also unacceptable, as customer service is a critical component of any business, especially in the automotive industry. Customers should be treated with respect and understanding, and it seems that Mike failed to deliver on this front. Furthermore, it is concerning that the loaner vehicle provided by Lakewood Ford was filled with unidentifiable biological material. This is not only unsanitary, but it also raises questions about the dealership's commitment to maintaining the cleanliness and safety of their vehicles. Not even an attempt to find another option or clean the current option. Overall, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Lakewood Ford to anyone seeking reliable and trustworthy service for their vehicle. It is important for customers to be aware of these issues before entrusting their vehicles to this dealership. More

Without question, the absolute worst experience with a parts/service department I have ever had. Six plus months of getting the runaround. Said they had the parts i needed and then it turned out they di parts/service department I have ever had. Six plus months of getting the runaround. Said they had the parts i needed and then it turned out they didn't. Had to order the parts and then was never notified they arrived (I had to call them). I made another appointment to actually have work done (so I thought) only to be told when i arrived on time/date agreed upon, that it would be 2-3 weeks and I needed to leave my vehicle (my only source of transportation). Why did I make the appointment then? Why even have an appointment system if you aren't going to honor it? Oh, I almost forgot, the up charging for parts and labor is a disgrace. %325 up charge on an OEM part and an estimated 20 hours of labor on a 2-3 hour job. What a joke. Zero stars should be an option for Titus-Will of Tacoma. More

Not happy with sale or service Promise of kickback to the first salesman (who couldnt be present on my second visit) was later denied after the sale by the second salesman. That ma Promise of kickback to the first salesman (who couldnt be present on my second visit) was later denied after the sale by the second salesman. That made me rethink and cancel the items I was opting for in the sale (extended warrenty, toneau cover). Then the sun roof came off the track. The mechanic said he fixed it but the glass was not installed correctly by him. We argued and anothe opinion was required before I was proven right. I wont be coming back to Titus Ford. More
