I worked with Matt Smith. I had decided online that I wanted the Ford C-Max hybrid plug in. I have been shopping around for a couple of months and had many, many obnoxious sales people wanting to "help" me. I won't bore you with the details, but there was some appalling behavior. Then I talked with Matt. I told him I was pretty serious about buying this particular car, but that I thought the price was a bit high. He worked on the price to the point I was comfy, and then, when I told him I couldn't get to Tacoma today, he offered to come to me! Yes, for a test drive - he was willing to come to my house - and he did! I bought the car right then on the phone. He confirmed the price, and when he arrived, I had a check for him - and nothing changed. He stuck to the original price he offered. He is kind, generous, and honest. The first time I drove the car, I noticed a funky smell. I think someone might have smoked in the car. He immediately offered to fix it. He said he would have the car ozoned, and we could work out the details. Today I texted him to see how he wanted to work the logistics, and he told me "we will come pick it up from you, do the work, then return the car". This is amazing. I have extenuating circumstances where it's hard for me to leave home right now - and Matt, once again, went far above and beyond my wildest expectations. If you want to buy a new or used car (mine is used- but in perfect condition) Call Matt Smith and Titus-Will Ford in Tacoma. He is amzing and you will have a great experience. More
