The only reason I'm giving these guys 2 stars instead of 1 is I've been very pleased with their Toyota dealership for 30 years. Ford? .. Not so much. They don't have any inventory they haven't inflated the price on by $10K and me wanting to talk about ordering one is a waist of their time... I won't waste MY time with them again. More

Without question, the absolute worst experience with a parts/service department I have ever had. Six plus months of getting the runaround. I made another appointment to actually have work done (so I thought) only to be told when i arrived on time/date agreed upon, that it would be 2-3 weeks and I needed to leave my vehicle (my only source of transportation). Why did I make the appointment then? Why even have an appointment system if you aren't going to honor it? Oh, I almost forgot, the up charging for parts and labor is a disgrace. %325 up charge on an OEM part and an estimated 20 hours of labor on a 2-3 hour job. What a joke. Zero stars should be an option for Titus-Will of Tacoma. More

We custom ordered a grey Maverick XLT turbo boost and waited 3 months for it (since Feb). My partner’s name is on the order form and the manager’s signature is on it. We put down 500 dollars on it. On the day Ford emailed us the car is on the lot, we called and the dealer sold it to someone else because they can overcharge it for an extra 5k. This is shady as it get. We called Ford but unfortunately they cannot do anything to reprimand the wrong doing. They were super nice to us—just to used our money to get extra allocation on vehicles. As soon as the vehicle is there—when we called the dealership and talked to Brian the manager—he went cold and start gaslighting and blaming us. Our family has been buying Ford for the last 30 yrs—from the 80s to now for 10+ vehicles. We are done with Ford until they fix this and go hard on dealerships for using people like this. More

I am in my late 50's and don't dress up to test drive cars, but I got the impression that they felt we were not good enough to do a test drive because Doreen said that you changed the rule this morning that you had to go through a pre-approval process and be committed to buy the car, before you test drive it. This was insulting to me to say the least. More
