Even though Bill is a family friend I still felt he was professional, he had the car waiting for me when I arrived. Afte and I knew the car I wanted. Art was great. Only the second person in the whole C.A.M. who came out to greet us in the past 3 or 4 weeks car shopping. He was patient, pretty funny, and wasn't high pressure.
