I had an extremely positive experience working with the employees at Titus-Will on Martin Way in Lacey, WA. They worked hard to make sure that I had the absolute best financing and interest rate and were a employees at Titus-Will on Martin Way in Lacey, WA. They worked hard to make sure that I had the absolute best financing and interest rate and were able to find me way better financing than any of the banks or credit unions I went to on my own. I would recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone and will absolutely return in the future for any of my car purchasing or sales needs. More
Everything was great customer service wise however, there were some things about the car that weren't disclosed. For instance the center console is broken which isn't a big deal but it would have been nice to know. Also the driver side rear door has to be manually locked and u locked, not a huge deal but certainly an inconvenience. Then when I was vacuuming the car out I found a lot of broken glass shards, obviously from a busted window, under the drivers seat. I rated the overall experience only based on the issues with the car. Like I said before everything else was up to par. My parents have bought many vehicles over the years through Titus Will and I know it is a good company. I only wish the car was looked over more carefully and the discrepancies were brought to my attention. More
This was the second time I've dealt with the Titus-Will location in Lacey. Both times were great experiences. Mark listened to my needs and wants and found several cars to choose from. Rob was able to g location in Lacey. Both times were great experiences. Mark listened to my needs and wants and found several cars to choose from. Rob was able to get me a better financing deal than I had hoped possible. I have always hated the car buying experience, but that has changed since doing business here. Thank you. More
Back in Aug. 2011 I went to this dealer to take a look at Camaros. They had one in particular that was the rare colour I was looking for. When I got on the lot I was able to walk all the way around it and th Camaros. They had one in particular that was the rare colour I was looking for. When I got on the lot I was able to walk all the way around it and the building twice before I even saw anyone. Which isnt really a bad thing since usually you dont even step out of your car before you are surrounded. I looked at a few Camaros I saw on the lot and wanted to look inside. So I headed to the building to find a sales person that could unlock them for me. I walked towards the building and saw a woman sitting on a galf cart in front of the building. She GLARED at me as I walked towards her. As I got close I said, "Excuse me" and she looked away. I took a few more steps closer and said it again and SHE DROVE OFF like she was afraid of me! So I walked towards the door of the building abd saw a man leaning against a rail. According to the card I had to take for myself off his desk his name is Michael Palmer. He looked up and said, "What do you want to buy?" I told him I was interested in a few Camaros and would like them unlocked so I could look inside. He didn't budge. He asked, "How much are you looking to spend? When do you want to buy? Do you have a trade?" I was a little shocked. I said, "Could I look inside of a few please?" He looked over to my car I drove in and said, "Is that your trade?" I said it was and asked if I could look inside a few again. He still didn't budge. He just asked, "how much do you want to spend and when are you going to buy." At this point I was getting a little offended. I said, "I am not going to buy anything unless I can look inside it and I am looking to spend as much to get the car I want". He turned and walked into the building, I was assuming to get keys. So I walked around a bit more while i was waiting. I found one with the hood open and I was looking at the engine when man in a suite poked his head out the door an shouted, "Can I help you sir?" I told him that I was waiting for the other guy (he still didnt give me his name) to get keys. The guy in the suite gave me a funny look and went back into the building. About 10 minuts later, there was no keys and I was still waiting. I went inside the building and Micheal (the first guy) was sitting at his desk! I walked up to him and he didn't even look at me. I said, "Did you find any keys?" He glance up and said, "I can't find any of the keys" and looked away. At this point I was done, no way this joint was getting a penny from me. I took a card off Michales desk and said, "thanks anyway" and walked out. It seems like no one at this dealership even wants to sell a car or even try. It looks like parkland Chevy is the same as it ever was. The next day I bought a brand new 2011 Camaro 2LT RS from Chevy of Puyallup. Maybe some time Ill drive down to parkland and show them the car I DINT buy from them because of their horrible sales staff, especially Michael! More
No nonsense interaction. Sales from start to finish (driving home) was less than two hours total. They were able to get the interest rate down on three tries! Great experience and I would but my (driving home) was less than two hours total. They were able to get the interest rate down on three tries! Titus-Will has an extensive inventory of used cars but on the upper end, I wish they had more $7,000 to $9,000 price range, they had one. We looked at the Hyundai’s, the Elantra and the Accent. The Elantra was very nice but went out of our price range by a few thousand dollars so we went with the Accent, it is going to be for our daughter who is learning to drive. The salesman was very good, no pressure and went around with us to their other lots at the Capital Auto Mall. He was very good at explaining the differences between models and didn’t rush us to buy or try to get us to buy a more expensive car, I appreciated that. We had one snafu after signing the contract. I got in and drove a block away and notice that there was a fine arc of hairline scratches on the windshield, probably caused by something caught on the wiper blade. I couldn’t believe it, they weren’t there when we test drove the car earlier that day (lesson learned – test drive the car again just before you sign the papers). I asked my wife if she saw them when we test drove and she agreed that they weren’t there earlier. So back we went to the dealership, I had the salesman come out and look at it. He bent over backwards to see what he could do about it. After bringing the manager out to talk with me, they were reluctant to do anything, understandable; it was my word against theirs that it could have happened between morning and late afternoon. He finally asked what would make me happy; I asked how much a new windshield would cost. When he gave the price, I said I was willing to pay half, but he said no, they would replace it for free. After a week they brought it back in a shop and replaced the windshield. I will probably buy my next car there. More
