So rude I have never had such bad customer service. I was treated good until I told him I didn't want to buy a car with out a warranty. That was my main criteria when shopping for a car. He basically told me I could only buy one car then told me he pulled strings to get me a car I was mildly interested in than proceeded to tell me how I couldn't even consider another car because my credit was so bad. I am a single mother I am paid on commission only & have two kids to support all on my own the most important thing to me was a warranty in addition I needed low miles would prefer new, but apparently my credit & desired payment would Not allow me any other options. So my cousin suggest I call Michaels Chevrolet of Issaquah so I did, I instantly was told they had exactly what I wanted for what I wanted to pay. so I told Alex I was going with the 2y newer car that had 55k less miles, a warranty and for the price I wanted to pay, all the 4 things that were all I cared about. Alex proceeded to tell me I wasted his time and was extremely rude to me. when in fact it was he who wasted a whole day of my time. I told Alex what I wanted and he made me think I couldn't get it. Than he told me the warranty I got on my car was a lie & that my interest rate was a lie. That no lenders wanted to finance me. within 2 hours Michael's Chevrolet gave me an approval for exactly what I wanted to pay on a amazing car. Alex made me feel like a horrible person for buying what I asked to buy. I went to Alex cause I thought he was my friend he told me if he couldn't help me he had no issue with me looking elsewhere. As soon as I told him what I had found he was mean, spiteful & plain rude. I even told Alex if he couldn't help me this time I would come back for the NEW truck I wanted to buy in a year. Also that I had intentions to buy a luxury sedan shortly after. Both brand new. After the treatment I received today I am going to tell every person I currently know as well as every person I ever meet about my experience at Titus will. in fact I posted my experience on Facebook and instantly got many replies, little did I know 3 of my close friends mentioned they are currently in the market for a new car and that because of the treatment I received they will not go to Titus-will but will in fact go to Michael's in Issaquah instead for their purchases. I also intend to report this to the BBB! More

As far as price goes it's been so long since I bought a vehicle for myself that I have not idea if the price was good, great or wonderful.
