Took my vehicle in took get serviced, Rafael and another young lady service advisor took care me as soon as I arrived. They were very polite, professional and made me feel welcomed. Also, they offered me a bottle water and showed me to there very nice and clean waiting area. I appreciated they kept in contact with me letting me know the status of my vehicle. It did not take long for my vehicle to be serviced, which I loved. As soon it was done, I was called over that my car was ready and mentioned that they had also ran the car through the car wash. Which I think it's awesome ! Even though I did not purchase the vehicle at Tipton Hyundai, I will most definitely be bringing my car back to get serviced there.
