I contacted Christian about a 08 BMW and asked him to go over the car with me by phone since I was out of state. I asked him to show me all the flaws. He said the car was in beautiful condition and conside over the car with me by phone since I was out of state. I asked him to show me all the flaws. He said the car was in beautiful condition and considered buying it himself. He described a few minor flaws and continued to rave about how nice it was. I agreed to buy and have it shipped to me. I asked for a specific review again before it was shipped to insure it arrived in as described condition. Car arrived w/ missing trim in and out, rotted and missing sections of windshield gasket. There were scratches all over the vehicle. The costs to repair are over $1000 without addressing the mechanical issues. I tried to resolve the misrepresentation with Christian and Brian over the last month. Brian says its an old car to excuse the lack of disclosure. I asked what question should I have asked to have this disclosed? Remember, I asked twice to disclose any flaws. He even sent pictures none of which show the horrible condition and missing parts. Brian insulted me with an offer of $72 for the gasket only. The install is over $400 and the missing trim is over $600. I've asked for the owner to call since I'm being ghosted by Brian. Now it's crickets. More

I had heard good reviews from Tipton Ford. I was looking for a Ford Escape and found the one I wanted on their website. I liked that the car was a lease and taken good care of. I haven't had any problems with the Escape since I purchased it in November last year. My salesman Derek was very helpful and friendly to talk to. I enjoyed the experience and when I'm ready for a newer car, I will be going back to Tipton Ford. More
