Provided incorrect timeframe to have vehicle checked, now I'm stuck without a vehicle for at least 4 days before they tell me what's wrong with it... dropped vehicle off this morning @ 8am (Friday) was told I'm stuck without a vehicle for at least 4 days before they tell me what's wrong with it... dropped vehicle off this morning @ 8am (Friday) was told I'd get a call in the afternoon... I call at 2:30 pm to get an update, I'm then told the truck is in line to get "checked" until Monday by 10 am, effectively leaving me without a vehicle for 4 days before they reach a diagnosis... If they are this careless and inefficient at the service department, I can just imagine the nightmare it'd be to purchase a vehicle from them More
The General Manager of the Bodyshop department is extremely rude and judge mental. He talked down to me simply because I had no knowledge of car damage estimates and implied I was dumb. I had my 2004 ford Expedition hauled to this dealership for minor repairs and the Service manager Ramiro was quick to say that they could not fix my SUV because it was to old.
