The service department does not value the time of the customer. They scheduled me for an oil change. When I arrived, I was told that they do not do oil changes on my vehicle. I said, "you've serviced customer. They scheduled me for an oil change. When I arrived, I was told that they do not do oil changes on my vehicle. I said, "you've serviced it before, so you knew what it was; why did you schedule the appointment?" They said, "you talked to one of the girls; they don't check on anything, they just make appointments." I said that was not a good way to treat customers and asked to talk to the service manager. He was too busy to be bothered with a customer complaint. So, I am choosing to share my experience this way. More
