It was one of, if not the best visit to a car lot or dealership. Sales person was very helpful, polite, nice and not pushy. Salesperson worked with me on what I had decided that I wanted. The same day I arrived at the Ford dealership, when I left I was driving my new 2020 car. Everyone that I spoke to or that spoke to me was very polite and friendly and was willing to assist me in any way possible. My visit with Tipton Ford was the best in 73 years. More

Communication & timeline was poor I had to make several calls to see what was going on with my car. I was told it would be a day, then a day or two, didn’t hear anything for almost a week and I had to call calls to see what was going on with my car. Normally a great experience, was very disappointed with the excuse of “swollen lug nuts” as an excuse not to rotate tires which is part of the oil change service offered. How many lug nuts were swollen is the excuse of “swollen lug nuts” as an excuse not to rotate tires which is part of the oil change service offered. How many lug nuts were swollen is unknown, I seriously doubt everyone of them was. I personally feel it was just a lazy mechanic not wanting to do it at the time. I did speak to the service manager and let him know I thought it was a xxxx poor excuse, after talking with him he claims it was a safety issue that they didn’t rotate tires. Still unknown how many nuts were swollen and how many really need to be replaced. More
