We had driven all the way to Houston and got rather put out by a rude Sales Manager. So, my wife happened to see what we were looking for at Tipton Ford. I called the Sales Manager Doug, and he said the truck was still there. So, we drove from Houston straight to Nacogdoches. Doug met us and put us into contact with a Salesman named Alex. Needless to say, we bought the truck that evening at closing time. Even Paul Smith in Finance stayed to help us that night. Doug, Alex, and Paul deserve high praise for their hard work and PLEASANT attitude towards us. They have EARNED our business from now on!!! More
