Poor customer service. Poor communication from customer service and manager. I was told would take only 4 hours. Took 1 and 1/2 days. I was charged for something that was not fixed. I had to asked for service and manager. I was told would take only 4 hours. Took 1 and 1/2 days. I was charged for something that was not fixed. I had to asked for refund. My camera worked when I took my car in for service now it does not. I DO NOT recommend Pinkerton. STAY AWAY! I wanted to give ZERO stars but I could not. More

Absolutely horrible Place! I had my truck sent there twice (I asked to have it towed there btw) by my insurance company for repair work by the automotive shop due to vandalism. The first time was great...the second was absolutely the worst experience ever. Shaun, the service manager said his "best guy" worked on my vehicle. I had bolts missing, seals leaking, grease all over my door and hood, brand new oil cooler lines I paid for, the only thing they sold me, LEAKING!. I took it back and they said it was fixed. Omg, it was still leaking oil! Said it was RESIDUAL! I can't even tell you how horrible this place is. Do not go there! More
