My car has more damage then when picked up from first choice motors to be brought to y'all's service dept . My truck wasn't returned in operating order when my door locks now don't work and have a code s choice motors to be brought to y'all's service dept . My truck wasn't returned in operating order when my door locks now don't work and have a code showing and my rear bumper is ripped in half as it had no damage before then. My safety sensors stay activated and flashing on mirrors and dash due to the damaged bumper and I cannot lock or unlock my doors as only the locks do not work now and the rest of the key fab and electronic door panels work still. Took truck, 2021 3500HD Silverado Dually, into Tinney Chevrolet Lynchburg to perform service on CEL and A/C not working. Bill was approx. $5900.00. After pickup of unit, the CEL came back on within 30 mi Chevrolet Lynchburg to perform service on CEL and A/C not working. Bill was approx. $5900.00. After pickup of unit, the CEL came back on within 30 minutes and A/C went out within 45 minutes. Called back and made a follow up appointment and they stated they were a week or more out. Scheduled for Monday 8/3/26 at 7.30A EST. They never cycled truck into shop as of that Thursday. Reached out to rep Loretta through the text system deployed, as noone would answer in the service department Tuesday - Wednesday. IF YOU SCHEDULE FOR A VISIT, YOU CHECK THE VEHICLE IN AND DIAG IT. YOU DO NOT PARK IT ON YOUR LOT AND GHOST THE CUSTOMER. No better than Pinkerton Chevrolet of Lynchburg. Unfortunately for the Chevrolet/ GM brand, we have to go to Roanoke and Staunton for Service and let Tinney keep the $5900 Unfortunately. Bad services rendered, maybe they can use the money to train their employees better on answering customers back and to better train their technicians. Best of luck in the future. More
