No interest in service or simply to lazy to care. I first tried Tinney because they were near my husband's place of employment. I wanted a new Malibu for my company fleet car. When they found out it I first tried Tinney because they were near my husband's place of employment. I wanted a new Malibu for my company fleet car. When they found out it was a fleet car they were pretty rude and disinterested ..... I ended up buying it from Classic in GR. My husband stopped in and was ready to purchase a new and loaded pickup a few months later. He had researched GM's site and even stopped by a couple of bigger dealerships to see what he liked. He wanted to buy local but had to literally beg to get a salesman to help. After 20 min. of fumbling with a search on the computer the salesman told him that what he wanted didn't exist. My husband even told him that he had already done some looking, knew that there were 5-6 trucks with the options he wanted located in the state and was ready to make the deal if they could simply find the truck. No deal, no help and no luck. He then drove to a smaller dealership 15 miles away and had the truck within 24 hours. We tried to be loyal and local .... TWICE.... but this dealership is not interested in customer service or sales. It's too bad because they have such a great product. More
Customer service when I was looking was great, and the price was fair. I brought the Jeep in for an alignment 2 days after buying it because of a shimmy in the steering, and the tie rod was bent and loose price was fair. I brought the Jeep in for an alignment 2 days after buying it because of a shimmy in the steering, and the tie rod was bent and loose, and the wheels were not balanced. I would have hoped the dealership would have caught that before putting the vehicle up for sale. They offered a 50/50 warranty, but it was still cheaper for me to fix it on my own. More

I would highly recommend Tinney Automotive because of their staff, pricing and the overall buyer experience. I shopped over four dealerships in the state and Tinney had the most competitive pricing whil their staff, pricing and the overall buyer experience. I shopped over four dealerships in the state and Tinney had the most competitive pricing while being transparent throughout the entire process. Tyler was able to find the specific vehicle I was looking for at the price I requested while giving me a fair price for my trade-in. The staff stayed after hours on Friday afternoon to make sure I understood the features of my new vehicle and followed up the next day. The finance manager also took the time to walk me through the paperwork I was sighing and answer all of my questions. No high pressure sales techniques or hidden costs as they look out for the interests of their customers. By far the best automotive dealership experience I have had to date, enough to be compelled to write a review. More
