No service personnel came forward to tell me about it. Asked what was going on after 45 minutes. Girl at the front desk seem to be too busy with people coming and standing around taking to her then to answer people's questions. I didn't even come home with the $20 Visa rebate paper after she explained it to me. She/Art were too busy for that to. More

Great way to buy a car We have been searching for a new Equinox for awhile and decided to stop at Tinney's. Randy was really helpful in answering all of our questions. At fi We have been searching for a new Equinox for awhile and decided to stop at Tinney's. Randy was really helpful in answering all of our questions. At first we thought the value they placed on our trade was low at $3000 since we were offered $5000 at another dealership. But after comparing both offers, we would've paid more at the other dealership. We're so thankful Randy told us to compare the out the door price instead of just our trade. He saved us $1000! Tinney just earned a customer for life. Thanks Randy! More

We were promised a nice car with our trade in as a down payment, the sales rep insulted our intelligence by saying trade in was worth only $200. Well guess what Tinney, after walking out of your sorry dealership we found a dealership that gave us top dollar for our trade in and put us in a 2016 low milage car of our dreams. Your dealership was trying to put us in a rust bucket of a vehicle with high milage, no thanks. If you want to be insulted go to this dealership. More

They originally quoted me just over 2100 for the work and they missed a part so the total was a few hundred dollars more and they ended up getting it down to 1986 as the final total. THEY MADE THE MISTAKE. THAT'S NOT MY PROBLEM. They did not show up until after 1pm. Then they ended up not having the work done until Thursday afternoon. Terrible customer service. Communication was awful and they think that giving you a hundred bucks off a 2000 service is giving you a break. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! More

No interest in service or simply to lazy to care. I first tried Tinney because they were near my husband's place of employment. I wanted a new Malibu for my company fleet car. When they found out it I first tried Tinney because they were near my husband's place of employment. I wanted a new Malibu for my company fleet car. When they found out it was a fleet car they were pretty rude and disinterested ..... I ended up buying it from Classic in GR. My husband stopped in and was ready to purchase a new and loaded pickup a few months later. He had researched GM's site and even stopped by a couple of bigger dealerships to see what he liked. He wanted to buy local but had to literally beg to get a salesman to help. After 20 min. of fumbling with a search on the computer the salesman told him that what he wanted didn't exist. My husband even told him that he had already done some looking, knew that there were 5-6 trucks with the options he wanted located in the state and was ready to make the deal if they could simply find the truck. No deal, no help and no luck. He then drove to a smaller dealership 15 miles away and had the truck within 24 hours. We tried to be loyal and local .... TWICE.... but this dealership is not interested in customer service or sales. It's too bad because they have such a great product. More
