Great Car Buying Experience I always dread car shopping, with rude, pushy salesmen, and the going back and forth between rooms when trying to negotiate a price. Then after the sale is complete, they quickly run out the door to find their next victim. This is exactly what you don't get when shopping at Tindol Ford. For the first time in my 52 years, I can finally say that I had a pleasant experience!!!! James was our salesman and he was fabulous, he wasn't pushy and was very friendly and down to earth. He looked at everything from my perspective as though he was purchasing the truck for himself. He made sure that the used truck I bought had prior maintenance and in perfect shape before he allowed me to take it off the lot. James even threw in a tank of gas and 6 free oil changes. That is very impressive; however, I would say what impressed me the most about James is that after he saw my concern for rubber floor mats, he actually ordered them and paid for them out of his own pocket. I have never had that happen and will definitely come to Tindol Ford for my next car buying experience. James Slaga is definitely an asset to this company and goes above and beyond to make you feel like family!!!!
