Lyle Sturgis, who happens to be the sales manager and who I had the most dialogue with, is the best salesman I ever had the pleasure to work with. Since I was buying this vehicle out of state (Texas), Lyle was extremely helpful and patient as he explained to me the process of buying over the internet as well as other particulars as it pertains to financing the car. I never felt like I was a number. Lyle, Doren, Anita White, and others were helpful in answering all my questions, and made me feel like I was very important to them. As a bonus, Lyle had Jack Roush and his son sign a Roush tshirt and baseball cap that I sent to this dealership. Tindol won my business initially because their prices couldn't be beat. When I arrived they were very busy and I still only had to wait a few minutes for a salesman. From the moment we shook hands tongue moment I drove off the lot, I was the center of his attention. Before the test drive he showed me the car front to back. The only hiccup was my finance company was having technical problems. So to keep me from waiting too long, their finance dept found me the same offer from a different company. Once the papers were signed, my salesman took the time to get the entire car configured to my liking. Everyone I talked to was friendly and helpful, no one tried to push any unwanted extras on me. I love my new car and I love how easy the process was. More
