I went by Time CDJR to look at the Ram 2500 to replace my Toyota Tundra due to its lack of towing capabilities. Walking in, I was greeted by Michael Jordan himself! (Go Bulls)! Okay, maybe not the basketball player, but someone who is definitely a MVP at Time CDJR. He was able to take the time to ensure that I was picking out the right vehicle. At no time did I ever feel pressure to purchase anything and I can genuinely tell that he cared to find me the vehicle that fits my needs. He checks his inventory on multiple occasions to find the perfect truck for my needs. Additionally, financing did an amazing job! I was able to sign with a good rate and payment. Once the paperwork was completed, I was called back the next day with them finding an even lower rate! I gladly came back to re-sign to save some $$. I was shocked that they took more time on finding me a better rate, even after finishing the paperwork. They could have easily said, “this ones done” and stopped…. But no, they continued to help find a better deal on my behalf. I would recommend Time CDJR to anyone! Those folks do care for you! More

I have to say that I couldn't wait to write this review. My wife and I went to Dick Hannah Jeep in Vancouver due to convenience and location. From the minute we got there, we were treated like they were t My wife and I went to Dick Hannah Jeep in Vancouver due to convenience and location. From the minute we got there, we were treated like they were the customers and we had to beg them for time of day. We went 100% committed to buying a new Rubicon X hybrid. We told the salesman that. We had a 2022 jeep we traded in (paid for) and knew the value of the trade going in. Dick Hannah refused to discuss their offer, which was insulting. I think they were comfortable playing "hard ball", trying to see if we would cave. Maybe they didn't like the fact we mentioned we may pay for the jeep outright instead of financing. No clue but they were AWFUL.... I left determined to find a better option than to use them. I found Time Jeep by a quick Google search. I contacted a salesman named Don and went down the same day. From the first contact, I could tell it was going to be a different experience. He asked us what we were trying to accomplish and then said he felt confident that we would be able to create a win-win situation. IN the end, we got more trade-in value, we got the Jeep Rubicon of our dreams with more features than those offered at DH. Don and his staff were extremely professional and treated my wife, daughter and myself with respect and used the word "family" a lot. I hate car dealerships and DH is an example of why....Don and Time Jeep are the reason I continue to buy Jeeps. This is my 6th Jeep. I trade almost every 3-4 years. I buy the extended warrantee.. I pay cash or put a lot down. I am what every dealer should want... I would NEVER buy a product from Dick Hannah. NEVER. I'd switch to a different vehicle type before I wasted my time giving them business. Specifically a finance manager named BEN. You done F'd up BEN... We would have bought a 2024 Jeep from you if you weren't so short-sighted and arrogant. Ben's loss is Don's gain. Thank you so much for being so professional and easy to deal with.
