Not Roxanne…she was amazing…even recognized me when I pulled up even though I had never met her before. We asked how long the process was and she was accurate within a couple minutes. They had the best price in all of Oregon, Southern Washington, and Western Idaho. They were also the only dealership that had the extras already added to our truck.
