From the moment I received my initial text from David, one of the Sales Managers, I knew I was in good hands. His professionalism and friendly demeanor immediately put me at ease. David went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed, answering every question with patience and clarity. His attentiveness made me confident about visiting the dealership within a few days. I was a little nervous walking through the doors, but David greeted me warmly and professionally before giving me a thoughtful hand-off to my salesperson, Roxanne. Roxanne made me feel right at home and went above and beyond to help me find the perfect vehicle for my needs. She ensured I didn’t just settle, patiently answered all my questions, provided detailed information, and never once made me feel pressured. Her transparency and honesty were incredibly refreshing. Next, Timothy, another Sales Manager, worked tirelessly to find the best loan company with the most competitive rate possible. He made the loan process feel like a breeze and gave me complete confidence that securing a lower finance rate than I previously had wouldn’t be an issue. To top it off, Harry made the financing process quick and straightforward. He explained every step clearly and ensured I fully understood all my options. My payment included a 3-year warranty along with gap insurance, which gave me even greater peace of mind. If that wasn’t enough, Harry and Timothy went the extra mile to lower the initial payment amount we had discussed, making the deal even better than I could have imagined. They also promised to stay in touch and help me refinance in six months to save even more money. The entire team—David, Roxanne, Timothy, Harry, and everyone else—was simply outstanding. Worst experience I've had at a car lot or anywhere shopping. Started out great but soon realized the friendliness was just part of the sales pitch. I offered full price but asked if the anti-theft dev shopping. Started out great but soon realized the friendliness was just part of the sales pitch. I offered full price but asked if the anti-theft device could stay on the car without the cost of $600. I was told by Gabe that they would let me have it for a dollar but then was pushed hard to trade my current car in. I explained that I planned to keep my car and sell it on my own. (They offered me an extremely low amount for it also.) I explained that if they did not include the anti-theft device, and I kept my car, I would be able to buy a new device, have it installed and still have money left over for a few car payments after selling my car on my own. The manager was pushing Gabe to get me to trade my car and the pressure was extremely uncomfortable. It was late and I was so tired so I gave in. After being told I was next to go through the purchasing process, they ushered another couple in ahead of me. I didn't complain or cause any issues. I was patient and pleasant. Once I was taken back to the office to finalize the purchase, I found out they had pinged three banks for financing even though I had already been approved for a great rate with my bank. They did not get my permission to do this! Three hits on my credit report were not appreciated! I was still pleasant. I signed the paperwork and asked about how the anti-theft device worked and was told they removed it. I did not get the device and had traded my car for nothing! I was tricked!! When I asked Gabe about this, he raised his voice and tried to gaslight me into thinking I hadn't wanted the anti-theft even though it was the ONLY reason I traded my car. It was nonsense. He would not calm down so I asked to get out of the deal and thankfully they let me walk. I didn't lose my cool the entire time. The manager refused to return my call the next day. I spoke with him in person and he explained that they were not making enough money on the deal even though I was paying full price and so that is why they were pushing so hard. Worst customer service I've ever experienced! DO NOT SHOP HERE! More
