I had to call repeatedly to find out when I would get the car and it was delivered without air conditioning or a sticker. Not smooth at all, and it was not revealed that the car needed to go through the shop car and it was delivered without air conditioning or a sticker. Meanwhile I paid $1000 down and a car payment when I didn't get the car right away. No one talked to me about mandatory GAP and service contract until I was sitting with the finance guy. I felt like there was some ommission of facts until I was ready to sign documents. I left feeling taken advantage of. Not likely to buy another car here. More
