We had to replace a wiring harness in the vehicle and I’m not quite sure why that wasn’t covered under the warranty I purchased for you guys it’s not like a ripped it off or anything. My experience was less then impressive. We purchased a truck here less then two years ago. The truck came stickered. This year, it did not come close to passing at the GMC dealership. The people at gmc were floored to see that we had been driving a car in such a bad condition. They recommended we go back to where we purchased the truck. Tims truck capital did NOTHING to help resolve this issue, they spoke down to us many times and made us feel as though the $20,000 we spent with them was nothing of interest to them. We purchased from Danny Dearborn and he did the best he could to try to help us. The manager on the other hand was very rude and wouldn't budge in any way. I would NEVER send any business their way!
