We always strive to be transparent with what our protection plans cover, and we know how frustrating it can be when a claim doesn’t go the way you hoped. That said, these warranties have saved many of our customers thousands of dollars on repairs for major components like engines and transmissions—repairs that often wouldn’t be affordable out of pocket. We absolutely take customer concerns seriously and continuously evaluate who we partner with.
