Tim's has always been a fantastic place to go to get any type of service on my truck. The service writers are very nice and welcoming and the techs are very kind and willing to explain things. Dear Kerk Dudley the truck you sold me on Friday didn’t even make it into Vermont. 30 minutes into our drive home the coolant level low light came on so we pulled over and filled the coolant. The guy sitting on the right as soon as you walk in the door was very helpful and friendly, and the terms of the sale...ie my putting 1000.00 as a deposit was greeted with open arms. your service dept did all that was needed for State inspection, on my second visit to take my wife for a ride, Paul took the time to grab the truck for me again, and I was SO much looking forward to making that truck mine. It was a pleasure meeting that gentleman at the service desk to get my Tonneau bed cover installed and he answered all the questions I had. NO ONE is going to touch my baby but Tims Truck capital. There was a problem with the radio and Chris had the radio replaced one week after purchase, offering me several options for consideration. Most importantly, the attitude of everyone we have dealt with at Tim's has been customer focused.
