That was a big turnoff and would be the thing to give me pause about recommending Tim’s. I’d recommend, but with a caveat. Appreciated having the car delivered. Had to bring the car back to the dealership for a part that had to be ordered. Very pleased with the service department. Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly. Dealt mostly with Amber. She was kind and very helpful. A+ More
