I was very impressed with the level of patience they had with me as well as getting me financing, my credit is not the best. I also noticed that the brakes were shot and were grinding on the rotors, I notif with me as well as getting me financing, my credit is not the best. Hi, Went to Tims with my truck. Very nice people and worked out a deal. A little less than what I expected with them for them being a great place to sell trucks. Sold them my truck and then they listed worked out a deal. A little less than what I expected with them for them being a great place to sell trucks. Sold them my truck and then they listed it for 5,500 more. I know we need to make a living but 5,500 more and all i was asking was for 500 more. This was a truck my sons grandfather gave him . I gave them original parts for the truck and that's what I got, People i talked with were very nice but to screw us and ask for 5,500 more, Very disappointed in the character of Tim's Truck Capital. Owner should be embarrassed for offer for a sentimental truck. only asked for $500 more and they list it for 5,500 more. PURE GREED. More

The sales experience was really good it went well everybody was nice took a little longer to get the truck than anticipated and my only disappointment at this point when I bring it in for service is everybody was nice took a little longer to get the truck than anticipated and my only disappointment at this point when I bring it in for service is that there are several Rees fittings on the vehicle that don’t take grease. But sometimes things get overlooked and I understand that but when you’re using a piece of equipment or a truck is a piece of equipment to work with the fittings have to take grease I shouldn’t have to replace them all myself. So if they step up and fix that experience has been more than four-star experience I haven’t stopped by to talk to the service department yet or call them because I’ve been sick so all in all good More

This dealership is a joke. Helped my daughter purchase a $17,000 jeep latitude....for that money for a 2015 should run like a champ. Transmission is bad needs replacement they refused to fix it.
