Hi at this point I'm marginally satisfied with the customer service. I've been waiting 30 days to hear back about the company was going to help me according to a salesman as far as either getting me i customer service. I've been waiting 30 days to hear back about the company was going to help me according to a salesman as far as either getting me into another vehicle comparable to the 2009 Altima or on the repairs. I found a BMW for $4,000 on the website that looks comparable hopefully could also be inspected and that would make me extremely satisfied and happy. They also mentioned they would call back on a friend's phone and according to her she did not receive a phone call. So I'm waiting to hear if we can either get me into another vehicle that's comparable and hopefully inspectable and a vehicle that will last me a while as I am 100% disabled. I have doctor's appointments and many other obligations that I must attend to on a week to week basis so therefore dependable vehicle does need a lot to me even though certainly I do not have a lot of money. So if we can fix this problem out I will be again extremely happy satisfied and content with the service. Other than that I really enjoy the company I enjoy the salespeople I enjoy the service department all of them are very professional but we need to get some results done as soon as possible. I was very impressed with the level of patience they had with me as well as getting me financing, my credit is not the best. I also noticed that the brakes were shot and were grinding on the rotors, I notif with me as well as getting me financing, my credit is not the best. I also noticed that the brakes were shot and were grinding on the rotors, I notified Danny at Tims and told me to bring it to Bill over at Tim # 2 , I did and I now have new brake pads rotors and calipers all on them. The sales experience was really good it went well everybody was nice took a little longer to get the truck than anticipated and my only disappointment at this point when I bring it in for service is everybody was nice took a little longer to get the truck than anticipated and my only disappointment at this point when I bring it in for service is that there are several Rees fittings on the vehicle that don’t take grease. But sometimes things get overlooked and I understand that but when you’re using a piece of equipment or a truck is a piece of equipment to work with the fittings have to take grease I shouldn’t have to replace them all myself. So if they step up and fix that experience has been more than four-star experience I haven’t stopped by to talk to the service department yet or call them because I’ve been sick so all in all good More

Hi, Went to Tims with my truck. Very nice people and worked out a deal. A little less than what I expected with them for them being a great place to sell trucks. Sold them my truck and then they listed worked out a deal. A little less than what I expected with them for them being a great place to sell trucks. Sold them my truck and then they listed it for 5,500 more. I know we need to make a living but 5,500 more and all i was asking was for 500 more. This was a truck my sons grandfather gave him . I gave them original parts for the truck and that's what I got, People i talked with were very nice but to screw us and ask for 5,500 more, Very disappointed in the character of Tim's Truck Capital. Owner should be embarrassed for offer for a sentimental truck. only asked for $500 more and they list it for 5,500 more. PURE GREED. More
