From what I have experienced from August until now is that I’ve seen lying and deceit towards myself and your own employees. I was lied to several times just trying to get mirrors for my truck. I watched that I’ve seen lying and deceit towards myself and your own employees. I was lied to several times just trying to get mirrors for my truck. I watched and heard over the phone as one of the service reps get repeatedly lied to and treated badly by management in the service department. And now I’m trying to figure out why I cannot have a copy of the sales receipt of the mirrors that were put on my truck. I would like to have it for my service records and to see proof that they were actually GM mirrors that were installed, it’s sad but after 3 lies in a row, I don’t believe the parts manager. I’m planning on reporting this to the BBB of New Hampshire and the Consumer Protection Agency to try to get this resolved if I continue to get nowhere with the service department. Would love to talk to Tim or Jeff about resolving this issue if possible, thanks James Backman More

Kerk and Kyle were a great help Alex was the man at getting me approved. I was very pleased at the way they took care of things for me. I however was very disappointed at their detailing skills. Typically I don't write reviews, but am very impressed with Tim's Truck Capital. They worked hard to meet my needs with financing and helped me get exactly what I wanted. 3.5 weeks in the truck had a lock with Tim's Truck Capital. They worked hard to meet my needs with financing and helped me get exactly what I wanted. 3.5 weeks in the truck had a locked caliper and a shake. They took it in and fixed it right away under warranty, and even provided a loaner car. Everyone from sales to service has been excellent to work with, especially Amber in the service department! I would absolutely recommend them, and will be returning to them for my next vehicle. More
