On 06/12/2023 Tim's Truck Capital responded publicly and "privately" asking me for my contact information & learn more about my visit??? They already have all of that and then some. In all fairness, and as I asked for this months ago, a fair refund for all of the frustration, lost time @ work, having to pay another Mechanic install the 2nd set of rotors and all I want them to do is the right thing & I'll even give back the 3rd set of rotors when I am partially refunded. Bill @ Tim's has all texts & emails as do I and I will post the photographs of the twice installed rotors. You know, I never complain and make the best of every situation BUT NOT this time. I should have listened to my friends and Epsom NH neighbors not to go to Tim's because at both locations in Epsom NH they're all crooks! 2 people and 2 small businesses told me that the vehicles they purchased from Tim's were junk and when they tried to have these vehicles serviced, Tim's would not honor the warranties! Am I able to post photographs of they work they performed, not once, but twice on Dealer Rater?
