I bought a nice car that Kyle helped with sale. Was a little disappointed at first when I found out it needed work to pass a new Hampshire inspection after you put a sticker on it. Super pleasurable and straightforward buying experience. No game-playing and price negotiation was very fair. I was also very pleased on my trade-in value and what I received. Communication from all the Sales and Finance staff at Tim’s was great. Everyone did what they said and followed through in a very timely manner with great communication. The used truck I bought needed a couple things fixed before I could take it home and the Service Department team completed what they had to do in a timely manner, and the truck was ready when they said it would be ready. All in all, a great buying experience and I would absolutely do business with Tim’s again in the future. More
