Humble and a pleasure to work with. Alex responded in a timely manner and explained anything I wasnt getting. After texting back and forth for the entire work day and then some. I met with Alex to check out the rig. (Escalade) from walking into the dealers to going for a test drive was a matter of minutes. They allowed me to go through the truck and even throw a code scanner on it. Trade in process was very simple and easy. Giving me more than I expected. Unhappy with service When I brought my car in there the last time, they didn’t put the oil plug back in so the oil leaked all over my garage floor when I got home. And now again when I went last week, the tire pressure light has come on when I left there and stayed on. And when I called there to make an appointment to come back in for them to fix the tire pressure, I get no return call. More
