She replied very politely that she would check with the service team, and as quick as a wink, returned with an answer. When I found the car I liked I was given the option to take the car overnight which surprised me but also gave me confidance in the car I was looking at. When it came time to buy the car everything was wash and they were helpful and up front about all the costs.
