The guy sitting on the right as soon as you walk in the door was very helpful and friendly, and the terms of the sale...ie my putting 1000.00 as a deposit was greeted with open arms. your service dept did all that was needed for State inspection, on my second visit to take my wife for a ride, Paul took the time to grab the truck for me again, and I was SO much looking forward to making that truck mine. It was a pleasure meeting that gentleman at the service desk to get my Tonneau bed cover installed and he answered all the questions I had. NO ONE is going to touch my baby but Tims Truck capital. All three made me feel very comfortable purchasing the automobile, and Chris was particularly helpful in going over the operating details of the car after purchase. There was a problem with the radio and Chris had the radio replaced one week after purchase, offering me several options for consideration. Most importantly, the attitude of everyone we have dealt with at Tim's has been customer focused.
