I spent over 13k there buying an Ford Edge. The service rep was very friendly and took my car for diagnoses. After awhile he retired to me in waiting area and a crack in w’shield Caused erratic wiper function. He would make appointment with gla diagnoses. After awhile he retired to me in waiting area and a crack in w’shield Caused erratic wiper function. He would make appointment with glass bender and notify me via cell phone. A whole week with no notice. I sent message to Short dealer but got no response from service dept( I had failed to get the service reps name & ph# ! I sent another message to Short Dlr. This time the Glass place sent me a message- They would come to my place and install w’shield. Good , but then the installer told me I had to go to town the very next day between 7 AM and 8AM ( I usually get up at 8:30AM) to get the WS calibrated. I got there at 7:59AM. The calibration was done quickly and efficiently and wipers seem to be working properly now ! More
